Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness and uneasiness about an event or something you are uncertain/dreading the outcome. Anxiety can also be a permanent panic or nervous condition which can may cause shortness of breath, tension, pain, sweating, insomnia, abnormal and pathological fear, etc.
Leads to emotional and physical problems, causes fatigue and is the source of various pain including withdrawal and frustration. Depression disorder is of the body and the mind. Whatever you are going through is not all in your head, it's real, mentally, physically and emotionally. Depression is a very serious medical condition and it can affect all people.
Addiction is a habitual, psychological or physiological dependence on a substance or practice that is beyond voluntary control. It is the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or something that is psychologically or physically dependent to such an extent that it controls you. Addiction can cause brain and lung disease, chronic and medical illness, changes in the central nervous system and lack of self worth. Addiction is real and must be treated.
Grief is a multifaceted natural/normal response to loss. The loss could be associated with death, job, health, or relationship. Grief causes depression, anxiety, sorrow, misery, suicidal thoughts, weakness, guilt, sleep disturbance, shock, denial, guilt, depression and affects the immune system. Grieving is natural and healthy. Having a significant loss can be very painful. If you try to ignore grief it will not go away, it will eventually get worse. You must acknowledge that you are grieving, speak with friends, family, a support group and/or counsellor.
Marriage is a life time commitment to each other. Marriage involves work, healthy communication and oneness. Marriage is honorable in all and the bed undefiled. Martial problems cause stress, anger, separation , divorce, eating disorders, substance abuse, mental and physical illnesses, etc.
Trauma is an emotional wound or powerful shock. It creates substantial lasting damage physiologically or emotionally to the body. Trauma can be a single, repeating, continuing, deeply disturbing or sudden abnormal stressful experience. Trauma can cause nightmares, mental, physical and emotional behavior.
